THE PROCESS AND THINGS TO NOTE (AKA - Terms and Conditions)

During our chat we’ll determine exactly what it is you’re after and your requested timeline. This can be face-to-face or online. Following that, I’ll send you a Letter of Engagement to sign.

Depending on the job size, this may include a request for a 50% deposit. Please deposit directly into my account as per the attached invoice. And note that large projects can be broken down into mile-stone payments.

Once the project is complete, I will shoot through the inventory and invoice. There is an allowance made for two free revisions, with all fees due within 7 days.

Training sessions will require a 50% deposit upon booking, and I will send an invoice for the remaining fee on the day of the event.

If there is a sudden need for considerable revision, or the parameters of the project change, the cost may increase. For example, if we need to meet again. A rush fee of 25% may apply if something is introduced as a matter of urgency.

Any work which requires a monthly retainer (for instance, regular newsletters, blogging, virtual social media management) requires monthly payment up front. If the client wishes to cancel the work at any time before the agreed contract is completed, they will be liable for the next month’s payment.
