I worked in public relations for a book publisher, and I loved it. I then jumped to the other side of the food chain as a producer for ABC Radio Adelaide. For more than 20 years people were pitching me with ideas. And I watched others try to make their mark on air.

I know how crucial it is to get your messaging right, to hook people in, and to keep them engaged – from writing the media release to sharing your message in public.

I can help you with each stage of the process.

  • The Brain Dump

    This is where you let me know what’s on your mind and we uncover new directions - the obvious and hidden stories and unexpected ways to reinvigorate your business/brand. Sometimes you need to blurt things out to a third party before concepts become clear. Plus, a fresh set of eyes and ears can mean new ideas! A list of strategies, concepts, storylines, and other thought bubbles will be emailed after the session.

    COST: $250 for 60mins, with longer sessions available

  • Clear Communication

    If you’re keen to get in front of people, you might like to consider this training session. I’ll help you hone your message and deliver it with confidence, across a range of scenarios – everything from how you should prepare, how to start your sentences, and how you can be the one to steer the conversations and not the other way around.

    COST: $750 for a 90minute session (which includes practical experience)

  • The Drill Down

    I can also help you uncover core talking points. One-on-one (or small group sessions) to help people identify their personal key points/messages/stories and some of the ways they could share them. A curated collection of wonderful ideas will be emailed one week after the session.

    COST: $200 for 60mins (depending on numbers)

  • Turn it Up

    Calling all musos! I’ve been on both sides of the equation as a rocker and a radio producer. I know why some artists get the call and others are overlooked (or never asked back again). This course is designed to help you get your music heard. I’ll help you identify the stories that create opportunities for exposure, learn to liaise effectively, adapt your performance for a multitude of circumstances, and maintain relationships that keep you on the invite list!

    COST: Dependant on the length and number of participants

    If all you want is a media release (or bio) written, I can help with that too. (Distribution to my contact list is available for an additional cost.)
